Payments are final
All payments for subscriptions, plan changes and the recurring add-on are final. Once a billing period is charged, editors, publishers and monitoring are committed to your account for that period, so we do not refund charges because a plan went unused, a placement did not produce the results you hoped for or you changed your mind.
Unused publications roll over to the next month only, as described in our terms of service, and they are not exchanged for money.
The only exceptions
We refund a charge only in these cases.
- Duplicate charge. You were charged twice for the same subscription period or the same add-on. We refund the extra charge.
- Proven unauthorized charge. A charge was made without your permission, for example with a stolen card, and this is confirmed. We refund it and close the affected access.
- Complete service failure. The service was entirely unavailable to you for the paid period and we could not deliver any part of it. We refund the affected period.
A lost link is handled by replacement, not by refund: a link lost within 12 months of publication is replaced without using a publication from your plan.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time in the panel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already charged. Your access, publications for that period and monitoring stay active until the end of the paid period.
Moving to a lower plan applies from the next billing period and does not refund the difference for the current one.
Consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days. When you subscribe, you ask us to start the service immediately and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or, where the law allows, once performance has begun with your consent. After that consent, the right of withdrawal expires and this policy applies. The service is meant for businesses, and business customers do not have this right.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Include the date and amount of the charge, the plan and the reason, with any proof you have, such as a bank statement showing a duplicate charge. We review every request and reply within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
