Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the offsiteseo.com service, both as a customer who orders placements and as a publisher who lists a site.

1. The service

OffSiteSeo is a link building service operated by the administrator of the offsiteseo.com service ("we", "us"). Customers choose placements from an anonymized catalog of reviewed publishers, our editors write an original article for each placement, the publisher publishes it, and we report the live URL and monitor the link afterwards.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you may bind that business to these terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account to order placements or list a site. You must give a valid email address, confirm it with the code we send and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite as seats or workspace members.

The service is meant for businesses and professionals, and you must be at least 18 years old to use it. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in the panel; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Plans and their monthly publications are Starter (1), Growth (4), Agency (15) and Scale (40), at the prices shown on our link building prices page when you subscribe. Yearly billing costs half of the monthly price per month. Prices may change for future billing periods; we tell you by email before a change applies to your subscription.

Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the difference immediately, and the new plan applies once that payment succeeds. Moving to a lower plan applies from the next billing period.

Every plan can include a recurring add-on of one extra publication per month for 39 USD per month, or 19 USD per month on yearly billing. The add-on renews with your subscription and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

4. Publications and limits

Each plan includes a number of publications per month. A Standard placement uses 1 publication and a Premium placement, available from Growth up, uses 2. Publications are counted when you order, and deleting or cancelling an order after writing has started does not return the publication.

Unused publications roll over to the following month only, and expire if not used then. Publications have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Content and approval

You provide the target URL and may suggest an anchor and a topic angle. Our editors write one original article per placement for the publisher's readers, with one link to your target and natural references to sources. On Growth and higher plans you approve the topic brief before writing starts.

The publisher has final editorial control over its site and may edit the article to meet its standards or decline a topic. If a publisher declines, we offer another matching placement. You confirm that you have the right to promote the target URL and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

7. No ranking guarantees

Search engines decide rankings on their own and change their systems often. We do not promise any ranking, traffic, indexing or business result from a placement. We commit to the work we describe: matching, writing, publishing, reporting and monitoring.

8. Acceptable use and refused targets

You may not use the service for targets or content that are illegal, adult or sexually explicit, gambling or betting, deceptive (including fake reviews, scams, impersonation and misleading health or financial claims), or that infringe the rights of others. We may refuse or remove any target that we reasonably consider to fall into these groups, or that a publisher refuses on its own standards.

You may not scrape the catalog, attempt to identify publishers before publication, contact publishers to bypass the service, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

10. Publisher terms

Listing a site is free. Each site passes a manual quality review before it appears in the catalog, and we may decline or remove a site at any time. You set the placement tier for your site, receive written articles to approve and publish approved articles with the link, attribute and label described in section 6.

For every accepted publication you are paid the placement price minus a platform commission of 30 percent. Payouts are made per accepted publication after the article is live and the link is verified, using the payout method you set in the panel. You must keep the article live with the link and attribute unchanged; removing or altering it may lead to a deduction from future payouts and removal from the catalog.

You confirm that you own or control the sites you list and that you comply with the laws that apply to publishing on them. You never have to mention link selling on your site.

11. Payments are final

Payments are final and are not refunded, except in the limited cases described in our refund policy. Taxes may be added where the law requires.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, fails to pay or puts publishers or the service at risk. Placements already live remain on the publisher's site; monitoring ends when the account closes.

13. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as described on our pages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost rankings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

14. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply at the place where the service is operated, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts of that place unless mandatory law gives you another forum.

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. We tell account holders by email before a material change takes effect, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
