White label link building your agency can resell under its own name
White label link building from OffSiteSeo gives your agency a fulfillment team behind the scenes: separate workspaces for each client, roles for your staff, written placements on vetted sites and white label PDF reports that carry your brand, not ours.
- No ranking promises. Every paid link uses rel=sponsored.
- Live URL in your report, link checked every week.
- 1 to 40publications a month
- Link checked every7 days
- From24 USDa month, billed yearly
Reselling links without losing control of quality
Agencies that sell link building face the same problem every month. Clients expect a steady number of placements and a clean report, but building links in-house ties up senior staff, and handing the work to anonymous vendors means putting your reputation on sites you never vetted. When a client asks where a link went, you need an answer within minutes.
Our service is built for that position. You keep the client relationship, the pricing and the brand. We supply the catalog, the editors, the publishing and the weekly checks, and our name stays out of everything your clients see.
Your clients never see our name
- Articles never mention OffSiteSeo, and nothing on the publishing page points back to us
- White label PDF reports carry your agency's name and logo
- Scheduled reports can go straight to your client from your workspace settings
- Client contacts can be given read access to their own workspace without seeing other clients
- Report data is also available through the API on the Scale plan, so it can flow into your own dashboards
One workspace per client
Every client gets a separate workspace with its own target pages, orders, reports and monitoring history. The Agency plan includes 10 client workspaces, and Scale includes unlimited workspaces. Your monthly publications form one shared pool, so you can give a large client six placements this month and a smaller one two, without buying separate plans.
Switching between clients takes one click, and nothing leaks from one workspace into another. When a client leaves, you export their full history to CSV and PDF and close the workspace.
Roles for your team and your clients
Agency includes 10 seats with client roles, so an account manager can order and approve for the clients they handle, while a client contact only views their own reports. Scale adds SSO, full role management and unlimited seats for larger teams. Brief approval works at the workspace level, so either your strategist or the client can sign off on each article topic before writing begins.
How fulfillment works behind your brand
You or your team choose placements for each client from the filtered catalog, by topic, language, country, indexed pages band, domain age band, traffic band where a public estimate exists, and tier. Our editors write one original article per placement for the publishing site's readers. Each order passes through Ordered, Brief approved, Writing, Editor review, Scheduled, Live and Link verified.
After publication, every link enters weekly monitoring. If a page goes down, the link disappears, the target or attribute changes or the page becomes non-indexable, you receive an email alert, and a link lost within 12 months is replaced without using a publication. The full sequence is on link building process.
Vetted publishers you can stand behind
Publishers join only after a manual review, and each site accepts a few publications per month in total. Site names stay hidden until publication to protect publishers from spam and scraping. That also means no other agency can lift the catalog and resell it as a list. Your client sees the full live URL in the report you send.
Honest labeling protects your clients and your agency
Every paid link uses rel="sponsored" and every article page carries a short "Partner content" label, following Google and Bing guidance on paid links and FTC guidance on native advertising. The links are not dofollow. A paid link without the attribute is a link scheme under Google spam policies, and if a client site ever came under review, your agency would be the one explaining it.
Sponsored placements still send referral visits, create brand mentions in relevant content and support topical relevance, which is real value you can report to clients. Set client expectations on that basis: we never promise rankings, traffic or guaranteed indexing, and your proposals should not either.

Setting your resale price
Because our plan price is fixed and published, your cost per placement is known in advance. Divide your plan by its publications, add the add-on where you need extra volume, and price your client packages on top. Premium placements count as two publications, so price them accordingly. Rollover gives you room when a client pauses for a month.

White label link building questions
Will my clients ever see the OffSiteSeo name?
No. Articles never mention OffSiteSeo, and white label PDF reports carry your agency's branding. Client contacts with workspace access see your setup.
How many clients can I manage?
Agency includes 10 client workspaces and Scale includes unlimited workspaces. Publications are shared across all workspaces in your plan.
Can a client approve their own article topics?
Yes. Give the client contact a role in their workspace, and they can approve topic briefs before writing starts.
Can I send reports automatically?
Yes. Agency and Scale include scheduled reports, so each client receives a white label PDF on the rhythm you set.
What should I tell clients about dofollow links?
That every paid link uses rel="sponsored" as Google and Bing require for paid links, which protects their domain. The placements still bring referral visits, mentions and topical relevance. Do not promise rankings.
Is there a reseller discount or contract?
Pricing is the same published plan pricing for everyone, with 50 percent off on yearly billing. Plans renew monthly or yearly and payments are final.
